Congrats! Some thing I try to do every night before a shoot is just relax. Eat really good the day before (cut out all sugars & salty foods.) Also I like to find out the concept & mood of the shoot & then study different poses and save them as references. Other than that I make sure my skin, hair & body are in tip top shape! Do a deep conditioning treatment on my hair, exfoliate my entire body, do a face mask, make sure my eyebrows & nails are manicured & most importantly rest well! Hot tea helps me with that. Xo

Thank you very much:) Honestly what motivates me is just a strong desire to constantly improve myself, I genuinely want to be the best I can possibly be in everything in life, so over all that natural desire is what keeps me going.

My body is a constant process lol It’s very hard for me to find a happy medium between working out & staying fit & healthy & having to stop working out completely because I am so naturally thin & can so easily get too toned. Just like everyone else I struggle to get it where I want it to be:) I have been modeling professionally for about a year & a half.
